Regular Season
Competition Format
Team Composition: Each team must have 3 runners, regardless of gender.
Weekly Schedule: Matches last from Monday through Saturday each week.
Group Run (Mondays): Every Monday, all 3 runners on each team must compete on an agreed-upon 10k route. The speeds of all team members are added up and compared to the opposing team. These routes are selected before the season begins and remain the same throughout the regular season. A referee reviews and approves all runs.
Speed Runner: Once a week, one designated runner from the team will run a 10k course with the objective of completing it as fast as possible. This can be done any day Tuesday through Saturday.
Distance Runner: Once a week, one designated runner from the team will run a 30k course with the objective of completing it as fast as possible. This can also be done any day Tuesday through Saturday.
Round Robin Format: The regular season lasts 6 weeks with a round robin play structure, meaning each team plays against all other teams. Winners are declared weekly.
Standings: Each team will accumulate a win-loss record throughout the season, which determines their seeding for the playoffs.
The League will be governed by a commissioner and individual match ups will be refereed

All times will be added up from the competition

the head to head to competition.
Playoff Competition Format
Teams will be seeded by win/loss record + margin of victory and matched up like the Final Four in college basketball.
Speaking of seeding, team captains will also seed each of their players 1-3: Each team captain ranks their own team members from 1st to 3rd seed.
Head-to-head matchups by seed: When one team plays against another team in the playoffs, their #1 seed will compete against the other team's #1 seed, #2 seed vs #2 seed, and so on.
Point-based winning system: Each winning player receives one point for their team. The team that accumulates the most points wins the matchup.
Tiebreakers on Sundays: If there's a tie, tiebreaker events will be held on Sundays.
Single elimination format: Teams are eliminated after one loss in the playoffs.
