The Speed Project announced on August 11, 2026 that writer, researcher and trail runner Inma Zanoguera has joined its athlete roster. Zanoguera, a former professional basketball player, will work with TSP following the organization’s 2025 signing of Brazilian ultra runner and tattoo artist Biel.

TSP said it focuses on supporting runners whose creative practice is inseparable from their athletic work rather than on race results alone; founder Nils Arend described the organization’s interest in athletes who shape running culture. Over the coming years TSP and Zanoguera will collaborate on racing, writing, research, exhibitions and community-led projects as the organization expands into product, publishing and storytelling.
